In this role, you will manage client accounts, execute growth strategies, and collaborate with creators to drive results.
This is aclient-facing, execution-focused roleideal for someone who is hands-on and eager to grow in a performance-driven environment.Key Responsibilities1.
Client Account ManagementSupport and participate in strategy calls with clients
Assist in delivering weekly performance reports and updates
Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients
2. Strategic ExecutionExecute Tik Tok Shop growth strategies for assigned brands
Identify optimization opportunities based on performance data
Support implementation of campaign improvements
3. Affiliate & Creator ManagementAssist in sourcing and onboarding creators




Coordinate partnerships and track performance
Support relationship management with creators
4. Platform OptimizationHelp optimize Tik Tok Shop listings and product performance
Support CRM flows and customer engagement initiatives
Stay updated on Tik Tok Shop trends and best practices
5. Operations & CoordinationTrack tasks and workflows using Asana
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution
Maintain organization across multiple projects
2+ years of experiencein Tik Tok shop and account management
Exposure toTik Tok, influencer marketing, or affiliate programs
Experience supporting client-facing work or stakeholder communication
Strong organizational and execution skills
Data-driven mindset with basic performance analysis skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience with tools likeAsana, Click Up, or similar

Background in agencies, e Commerce, or digital marketing
