This role is primarily focused on configuring SFTP connections and designing automated workflows using enterprise tools such asGo AnywhereandGlobal Scape (EFT).
The idóneo candidate will ensure secure, reliable, and efficient file movement between internal systems and external partners, while maintaining strong security standards and operational stability.
Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, manage, and maintain secure file transfer solutions usingGo AnywhereandGlobal Scape (EFT)
Set up and supportSFTP connections , including key-based and password authentication methods
Design, build, and maintainautomated EFT workflowsto support business and integration needs
Monitor file transfer processes to ensure reliability, performance, and timely delivery
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to file transfers,



connectivity, and workflows
Manage user access, permissions, androle-based security configurations
Enforce security best practices, including encryption, data protection, and compliance standards
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize file transfer processes
Document configurations, processes, and workflows for operational transparency and continuityRequired QualificationsExperience working with secure file transfer tools such asGo Anywhereand/orGlobal Scape (EFT)
Strong knowledge ofSFTP, FTP/S, and secure file transfer protocols
Experience with workflow automation and file transfer scheduling
Understanding ofauthentication methods(SSH keys, certificates, passwords)
Familiarity withsecurity best practices(encryption, access control, compliance)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyPreferred QualificationsExperience in enterprise integration or Data Ops environments
Knowledge of scripting (e.g., Power Shell, Bash) for automation
Familiarity with networking concepts (ports, firewalls, connectivity)
Experience working with external vendors and third-party integrations
