Eaton’s Corporate Sector division offers an Early Leadership Development Program - Operations, a two-year program with two consecutive 12-month assignments in Eaton manufacturing facilities. Participants gain real-world experience by rotating across different functions and sites while developing leadership capabilities.
Graduates will interact with senior leaders and explore potential career paths in operations, lean/continuous improvement, quality, project management, or engineering within a
