Ciudad de México
LOCATION: Mexico City
MISSION
Lead the development of SARELLY's commercial formats, accessories and brand extensions, creating products that unlock additional value from the existing portfolio while expanding the SARELLY universe beyond makeup.
This role combines commercial thinking, product development and cultural sensitivity to proactively identify new product opportunities and transform them into desirable, scalable and commercially relevant concepts.
In other words: create products and formats that drive business, strengthen our franchises and make people want to buy, collect or talk about SARELLY.
ABOUT SARELLY
SARELLY is a fast-growing, entertainment-native beauty brand born in Mexico, building the next generation of beauty for a global audience.
Founded by creator and entrepreneur Anna Sarelly, SARELLY sits at the intersection of beauty, entertainment, community and commerce. We don't just launch products — we create cultural moments around them, combining product innovation, creator-led storytelling and a highly engaged community.
Since launching beauty in 2023, SARELLY has rapidly expanded from DTC into social commerce, marketplaces and physical retail. Today, the brand is present at leading beauty retailers including Sephora and Ulta in Mexico and is entering its next phase of international growth, including a major U.S. retail expansion.
As we enter our next stage, we want to expand the SARELLY universe beyond core beauty innovation — developing smarter commercial formats and culturally relevant products that strengthen our franchises, create desirability and unlock new business opportunities across channels and markets.
We are looking for someone who can combine commercial thinking, product development expertise and cultural curiosity to help us turn these opportunities into products people want to buy, collect, show and share.
TEAM & COLLABORATIONS
Reports to: Head of New Product Development (NPD)
Works closely with: Integral GTM, Creative, Supply Chain, Retail & Wholesale
Partners closely with GTM to understand market and channel opportunities, while proactively bringing new commercial formats and brand-extension ideas into the Product Development pipeline.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Commercial Product Development & Portfolio Development
- Develop high-performing commercial formats including bundles, kits, discovery sets, minis, GWPs, retailer exclusives and seasonal gifting
- Identify opportunities to repackage, combine or extend existing product franchises into compelling new consumer and retail propositions
- Build developments around clear business objectives such as recruitment, gifting, trial, AOV, franchise amplification or retailer differentiation
- Work with GTM and commercial teams to understand retailer/channel needs and translate them into scalable product solutions
- Build each concept against clear target economics, balancing perceived consumer value, target retail price, COGS, margin, MOQ and operational complexity
- Challenge formats and specifications to find smarter, more cost-efficient solutions without compromising desirability or brand experience
2. Cultural Products & Brand Objects
- Proactively identify and develop products whose primary role is to generate desirability, conversation and cultural relevance for SARELLY
- Translate emerging behaviors, aesthetics, cultural moments and consumer rituals into physical product opportunities
- Develop accessories, bags, pouches, collectibles, charms, gifting objects, seasonal concepts and unexpected brand extensions that make the SARELLY universe tangible beyond makeup
- Continuously monitor beauty, fashion, accessories, entertainment and lifestyle culture to identify emerging formats and behaviors, not simply product trends
- Bring proactive concepts into the Product Development pipeline rather than only responding to incoming briefs
- Evaluate opportunities through both cultural potential and brand relevance: Will people want it? Will they talk about it? Is it unmistakably SARELLY?
- Partner with GTM and Creative at key concept stages to ensure major brand objects combine commercial relevance, desirability and strong brand identity
3. Sourcing & Supplier Management
- Manage supplier relationships, quotations, MOQs, lead times, materials and development options locally and internationally
- Use sourcing as a source of innovation, proactively exploring new materials, manufacturing capabilities, formats and supplier technologies that can unlock new concepts or improve product economics
- Proactively identify alternative solutions when cost, quality or timing challenges arise, working closely with Supply Chain
4. Project Management & Cross-functional Execution
- Own development timelines and coordinate multiple projects and suppliers simultaneously
- Anticipate risks and delays, proactively proposing solutions to keep projects on track
- Maintain clear project documentation and ensure smooth handover to Supply Chain and relevant teams
- Work closely with GTM, Creative,
Retail and Wholesale to ensure each development responds to its intended commercial opportunity, channel need and launch timing

The team has built a strong network of suppliers and development partners, enabling the brand to move quickly from opportunity to high-quality, scalable product.
Most importantly, SARELLY becomes known not only for its beauty innovation, but for its ability to turn beauty franchises into desirable commercial formats and culturally relevant objects that people want to buy, collect, show and share.
