Create wireframes, prototypes, and workflow diagrams using AI tools to communicate solutions before they go to development Partner with the development team to ensure implementations land as intended; Use AI tools as a daily force multiplier — for research, prototyping, documentation, analysis, and communication Strong written and verbal English — you'll be communicating daily with a distributed, international team ~ First-principles, hypothesis-driven problem solver — you reason from root causes, design ways to test solutions,



and iterate based on what you learn ~ Systems thinker — you can zoom from a specific issue out to the bigger picture, and you fix root causes rather than symptoms ~ Background in Product, Project, or Implementation Management, or as a Solutions Consultant Working knowledge of UI/UX principles and how to deliver value through a platform Experience with no-code or low-code tools such as Airtable, Bubble, Zapier, or N8N Experience at a small or creative agency (e.g. video, design, or similar project-based work)
