Job Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Support:

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, candidate scheduling, and initial communication.
- Coordinate interview arrangements across different departments and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain and update the internal recruitment database and applicant tracking system (ATS).

HR Data & Analytics:

- Support the HR team in collecting, cleaning, and processing daily and monthly human resources metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, recruitment efficiency, and attendance data).
- Utilize data tools to generate periodic HR reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.

Employee Lifecycle & Operations:

- Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures, employee contract management, and personnel file maintenance.
- Support internal employee engagement activities, team-building events,



and day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Data Analytics, or related fields.

- Availability: Able to commit to at least 3 to 6 months of internship
- Core Competencies & Preferences:
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a high sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
- Data Analytics Preference: Proficiency in data analysis tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel functions) is highly preferred and will be considered a strong plus.

3. Communication & Language Skills:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken); good command of English for daily workplace communication.
