Senior Amazon Seller Central Manager – RemoteThis is a full-time, long-term remote position open to qualified candidates. You will not get an interview if you don't follow our direction listed below.About the RoleTiffand is seeking an experienced Amazon Seller Central Manager to help manage and grow our Amazon business. This is a hands-on position for someone with deep, practical experience working inside Amazon Seller Central, particularly within the United States marketplace.The right person will take ownership of day-to-day Seller Central operations, identify opportunities and problems without waiting to be told, and follow issues through to resolution. We need someone who is equally comfortable working with flat files, troubleshooting catalog problems, analyzing performance, managing inventory, and coordinating listing improvements.This is not an entry-level Amazon VA, customer service, PPC-only, or freelance position. You must have substantial hands-on experience managing Seller Central operations and independently resolving problems.Primary ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations within Amazon Seller CentralCreate, optimize, and maintain product listingsMake catalog updates using category-specific flat files and bulk-upload templatesTroubleshoot listing, variation, contribution, attribute, and catalog issuesOpen and manage Seller Support cases through resolutionWork within Amazon Brand RegistryMonitor Account Health and help resolve policy or compliance issuesInvestigate and resolve hazmat classification and restricted-product issuesPrepare FBA shipments and provide shipping labels and documentation to suppliersMonitor inventory and help determine replenishment and reorder needsRecord incoming inventory and purchase order information in our systemsIdentify and resolve stranded, suppressed, and inactive inventoryCreate SKUs according to established company naming conventionsMonitor pricing and manage repricingReview reimbursement opportunities and manage reimbursement casesAnalyze Amazon business reports and translate findings into specific actionsIdentify opportunities to improve traffic, conversion, sales,
and profitabilityVerify that requested listing and catalog changes are implemented correctlyMaintain accurate documentation and project information in Google DriveBrand and Listing DevelopmentConduct listing audits and competitive researchResearch customer reviews and voice-of-customer informationRecommend improvements to titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and backend contentCoordinate with our graphic designer on product images, A+ Content, Brand Stories, and other creative assetsCreate or help create A+ Content, Brand Stories, comparison charts, and image alt textAssist with advertising analysis and coordinate with advertising specialists when necessaryMonitor listing performance after changes are madeAdditional ResponsibilitiesAmazon will be the primary focus of this position. Additional responsibilities may occasionally include:Basic eBay order and listing managementBasic Walmart order and listing managementRecording business expenses and maintaining operational recordsWorking within Google WorkspaceProject management and other administrative tasks directly related to marketplace operationsRequired QualificationsAt least three years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experienceExtensive experience managing Amazon accounts in the United States marketplaceStrong knowledge of Amazon flat files, bulk uploads, and upload-processing reportsExperience creating and modifying listings, variations, and catalog attributesExperience preparing FBA shipments and managing inventoryExperience working with Seller Support and resolving complicated account or catalog issuesWorking knowledge of Amazon Brand RegistryGood understanding of Amazon policies and the ability to keep up with policy changesStrong analytical skills and experience using Amazon business reportsAdvanced proficiency with Google Sheets/excel and Google DriveExcellent written and Fluent spoken English, including professional grammarStrong attention to detail and the ability to verify completed workExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize work, manage multiple projects, and operate with limited supervisionA reliable computer, internet connection, and professional remote-working environmentExperience with PPC, Account Health, reimbursements, eBay, or Walmart is helpful,

The specific eight-hour schedule will be established before hiring.This position must be your only full-time job. All ongoing employment, freelance clients, businesses, or recurring work commitments must be disclosed before hiring.
