About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Onsite Program Manager to lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation, rollout, and support programs across multiple countries, business units, and manufacturing locations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP program management within manufacturing and automotive environments , with proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs from planning and governance through deployment, Go-Live, and Hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation, rollout, and support programs .
- Establish program governance, delivery frameworks, milestones, KPIs, and reporting.
- Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple SAP and technology workstreams.
- Partner closely with business leadership, plant managers, IT teams, system integrators, and third-party vendors.
- Drive business process standardization while managing country- and site-specific localization requirements.
- Coordinate data migration, testing, change management, cutover, deployment, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
- Ensure program deliverables meet quality, timeline, and business requirements.
- Drive issue resolution, escalation management, and cross-workstream dependency management.
- Provide executive-level status reporting,



program insights, risks, and recommendations.

SAP & Technology Workstreams

Experience coordinating multiple SAP workstreams, including:

- FICO
- OTC – Order to Cash
- PTP – Procure to Pay
- RTR – Record to Report
- EWM – Extended Warehouse Management
- PP – Production Planning
- MES – Manufacturing Execution Systems
- SAP Integration

Manufacturing & Automotive Experience

Experience in manufacturing and/or automotive environments is highly valued, particularly with:

- Mobile Data Entry (MDE)
- JIT / Just-in-Time Call Processing
- MES integrations
- Manufacturing and plant operations
- Warehouse and logistics processes
- Local GAAP requirements
- E-Invoicing / electronic invoicing
- Country-specific localization and compliance requirements

Program Management & Governance

The successful candidate should have demonstrated experience with:

- Program and project governance
- Resource and capacity planning
- Budget and timeline management
- Risk and issue mitigation
- Vendor and system integrator management
- Dependency and change management
- Executive stakeholder management

Key Requirements

- Strong experience managing SAP S/4HANA programs .
- Proven experience leading large-scale SAP implementations and rollouts .
- Experience coordinating multiple SAP functional and technical workstreams.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and plant operations .
- Experience working with global, multi-country teams.
- Strong stakeholder and executive management skills.
- Experience with system integrators and third-party vendors.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel to Ciudad Juárez twice per month .
- Experience supporting Mexico operations is highly desirable.

Preferred Background

- Automotive or high-volume manufacturing experience.
- SAP S/4HANA transformation and global rollout experience.
- Experience with MDE, JIT, MES, EWM, and plant integrations .
- Experience with Mexico localization, Local GAAP, and E-Invoicing .
- Experience managing programs across LATAM, North America, and/or general operations.

The SAP Onsite Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring successful program execution across business, technology, and plant operations , while driving standardization, operational excellence, stakeholder alignment, and user adoption across the SAP landscape.
