Job Description

We are looking for freshers/entry-level candidates with strong communication skills and good attention to detail.

Requirements

- Experience in customer service, contact centers, retail, or customer communication via chat, email, or phone is strongly preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable working with web-based labelling/evaluation interfaces and following detailed rubrics and logic trees accurately.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Freshers with the right communication and learning skills are welcome to apply.

Contract & Working Terms

- Working hours: Minimum 6 hours/day, 5 days/week.
- The project operates 7 days a week, so candidates will follow a rotational week-off roster with two consecutive off-days, which may shift each week.

Screening Criteria:

- Successful completion of the Project Assessment.
- Native or near-native fluency in the respective language.
