Troubleshoots for problems with the mold, assists with repairing and modifying mold, and manages the flow of molds as per the schedule of predicted future orders.
**Job Requirements**:
- Analyzing the mold malfunctions, correcting them, and making repairs to the mold tooling and frame using laser welding to ensure high-quality products.
- Supporting the training to enhance skills, providing effective direction, coaching the newer employees, and helping the production achieve the goals and targets.
- Creating prototypes, fixtures, and jigs to check the molds' effectiveness and perform the precision corrections as per the tolerances and dimensions.
- Developing specifications from the general descriptions, blueprints, sketches, and designs for specialty tools and recommending changes in the mold's fit, design, and condition.
