- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools that provide visibility into MP&L; performance metrics (e.g., inventory levels, transportation costs, supplier delivery performance, plant material flow).
- Partner with MP&L; leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to identify strategic data needs and translate them into analytical solutions and tool requirements.
- Build and automate data pipelines that consolidate information from multiple enterprise systems (ERP, warehouse management, transportation management, supplier portals) into unified, reliable data sources.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on logistics network performance, cost drivers, and process bottlenecks to support strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop predictive and prescriptive models (e.g., demand forecasting, inventory optimization, network simulation) to support long-term MP&L; strategy.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership through clear, compelling visualizations and narratives.
- Ensure data governance, quality, and consistency across analytics tools; document methodologies and maintain version control.
- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to scale tools, integrate new data sources, and ensure system reliability.
- Stay current on emerging analytics platforms, visualization tools, and industry best practices in supply chain analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Nechatronics Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or strategy roles, ideally within manufacturing, automotive, or supply chain/logistics environments.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language commonly used for analytics (Python or R).
- Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database structures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
