Responsibilities: Pricing and campaign execution; providing commercial support (discounts, quotas) for the assigned geography. Deployment of products and technologies; collaborating with communications and technical teams for campaign design. Monitoring and evaluating regional business metrics to assess and adjust tactical plans, enabling portfolio sales and optimizing Route-to-Market (RTM). Fostering synergies with crop protection and biologicals.



Implementing growth initiatives and projects at a regional level. Steering field plot allocation to promote product development, gather customer insights, and increase sales. Qualifications: Business acumen in the agricultural sector. Over 5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Agronomy, preferably in seeds. Degree in Agriculture, Biotechnology, or related fields. Strong technical background. Marketing experience is a plus. 100% flexibility to travel. Effective leadership and interpersonal communication skills. Customer-centric mindset. Fluent in English.
