Where You’ll Make a Difference Design and implement sensory and consumer research to support product development across categories (beverages, culinary, dairy, snacks, bakery, confectionery) Generate actionable insights through quantitative and qualitative consumer research Apply discriminative and descriptive sensory methodologies to evaluate products Analyze complex datasets using statistical tools and translate findings into business recommendations Present insights to internal stakeholders and external customers to influence decision‑making Partner with cross‑functional teams (commercial, marketing, innovation, creation, and design) Drive impactful customer engagement through consumer understanding Contribute to regional PX initiatives and support strategic projects Collaborate with PX teams, including Researchers, Panel Leaders, and Technicians What Makes You The Right Fit Bachelor’s degree in Food Science,
Food Engineering, Sensory Science, or related field 5–8 years of experience in sensory and consumer research, preferably in the food & beverage industry Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and statistical analysis Experience using statistical tools (e.g., XLSTAT) Ability to translate data into clear, compelling insights and stories Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross‑functional teams High accountability and ability to work autonomously Advanced communication skills in English (written and verbal) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) How Would You Stand Out?
