Reporting on the status of the team’s projects, including tracking appropriate KPIs and SLAs Requirements BS in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field, or equivalent required. MS in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field, or an MBA, preferred. Demonstrated expertise in mechanical design for critical infrastructure systems. Demonstrated success in leading teams to accomplish project implementations on time, on budget, and with high quality.7+ years of design experience with a modern MCAD package required. 5+ years of design experience with CREO preferred. Experience leading distributed teams. Experience leading teams based in either India or China, preferred. Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as required (estimated 10% of travel) Solid communications skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English.
