Location: Monterrey, Mexico
Environment: Hybrid
Work Schedule:
This position is full-time and hybrid Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

Purpose of Your Work:
As Analyst – Continuous Improvement Enablement, working within Managed Services (one of our entities), you will contribute significantly to optimizing our business processes. This role requires a keen analytical mind, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to gather and analyze data to derive valuable insights. You will collaborate closely with the rest of the Continuous Improvement team to implement new processes, ensure smooth operations, and support in training end-users across the organization. How You Make a Difference Everyday:
Create training content for all Managed Services employees
Develop SOPs and other documentation on an ad hoc basis
Help create training schedules, system logins, and other tasks for new hire onboarding
Be a subject matter expert in the Managed Services workflows and processes
Perform hands-on training for end users on large projects
Assist in large projects by training end users on process
Help track adoption and effectiveness of new project rollouts
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
You’ve Got This?
Bi-lingual in English/Spanish; proficient level for verbal and written communication
Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree preferred
2-3 years’ experience in Transportation required
Strong desire to learn new technologies and processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills communicating with internal and external teams and stakeholders
Ability to analyze data and synthesize information
Ability to effectively work independently and collaboratively depending on the nature of the task
Ability to solve complex problems across several functional areas
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize based on changing needs and requirements
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Must be willing to travel 25% of the time
