Manufacturing Equipment Engineer 4

Evaluates, selects and orders equipment that is most appropriate and cost effective for the manufacture of company products. Oversees the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment. Maintains current records on equipment manufacturers’ technical notices, upgrades and safety issues. Studies equipment performance and reliability. Establishes programs and solutions for increasing up time and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process. Provides technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations.



Defines and writes preventative maintenance schedules.

5 a10 years of technical experience on SMT.

Knowledge & programming of SMT equipment(Screen printer, SPI, Placement machines, AOI, XRAY, Reflow ovens, Nitrogen)

Proved knowledge and experience of PCBA DFM.

Process development for new product introductions.

Experience working under thestandard IATF 16949.

Strong knowledge ofQuality Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA & SPC.

Knowledgeof SWS, Process Map, QualityControl,

5S's knowledge.

Lean SixSigma knowledge

AUTOCAD is a plus.
