Role Responsibilities:

Perform quantitative and qualitative analytical tests on bulk samples received in the Quality laboratory. Tests include, among others, measurements of pH, viscosity, specific gravity, particle size, and melting point.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in laboratory logbooks.

Collaborate with the Manufacturing department to identify risks in formulations that could impact product quality and implement appropriate preventive and/or corrective actions.

Keep the laboratory and work area—as well as laboratory equipment, instruments, and tools—clean and organized.

Maintenance and control of standard samples of the Laboratory.

Perform other miscellaneous work-related tasks as assigned.

Adhere to and comply with applicable Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)



and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, QFB or related career.

+2 years of experience working in a physicochemical quality control laboratory within the cosmetic and/or pharmaceutical industry.

+1 year of experience in color-matching laboratories (desirable).
