Job Responsibilities Objetivo del puesto Mantener el flujo eficiente de materia prima, producto terminado y equipo vacío en las áreas productivas y almacenes, garantizando entregas al cliente interno y externo en tiempo y forma, así como la correcta administración de los inventarios y registros en el sistema ERP.
Principales responsabilidades Coordinar el abastecimiento de materiales de acuerdo con el plan de producción.
Gestionar embarques y envíos especiales a clientes.
Monitorear inventarios físicos de producto terminado.
Asegurar el correcto flujo de tráfico de montacargas y la verificación de equipos móviles.
Liderar, desarrollar y capacitar al personal a cargo.
Impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua, seguridad, calidad y cumplimiento de objetivos.
Dar seguimiento a acciones correctivas y requerimientos de clientes.
Perfil requerido Ingeniería,



Licenciatura o Carrera Técnica concluida.
Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en una posición similar dentro de la industria automotriz.
Inglés intermedio.
Conocimientos en Procesos de manufactura.
Manejo de inventarios y logística.
Recibo y embarques de materiales.
SAP y sistemas ERP.
Microsoft Office.
Administración de almacenes y cadena de suministro.
Competencias clave Liderazgo de equipos.
Pensamiento estratégico.
Orientación al cliente.
Solución de problemas.
Trabajo en equipo.
