Introduction The role is responsible for incident resolution, system monitoring, user support, data validation, enhancements, and continuous improvement activities while working closely with Finance and Business stakeholders. Your role and responsibilities Provide application support and maintenance for SAP BPC (Business Planning & Consolidation) and SAP BW environments, ensuring stable operation of planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and data integration processes. Required technical and professional expertise Hands-on experience with SAP BPC and SAP BW/BW on HANA, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation. Experience providing SAP production support, including troubleshooting, performance monitoring, incident/change management, and root-cause analysis. Experience working with Finance and IT stakeholders, with strong communication, documentation, and knowledge-transfer skills.



Preferred technical and professional experience Experience supporting Finance/EPM solutions in large enterprise environments. Knowledge of SAP SAC, BW/4 HANA, S/4 HANA Finance, and Business Objects is a plus. Experience in Mining, Manufacturing, or Natural Resources industries is preferred.
