Plan and execute live webinars and virtual events end-to-end, including event setup, registration, live production, recording, and post-event follow-up Manage event logistics on virtual event platforms such as Microsoft Teams Live, ON24, Go To Webinar, or similar tools Build and coordinate event invitations and registrations, including audience segmentation, email communications, reminders, and real-time registration monitoring Train and support internal and external speakers through platform guidance, rehearsals, and live technical moderation Administer virtual events platforms, maintaining templates and access, troubleshooting issues, and improving engagement features such as polling, Q&A;, and captions Manage a general virtual events calendar and collaborate with regional marketing teams across different time zones Coordinate with external agencies and vendors when additional production support is required, including budget and delivery oversight Track event performance and prepare post-event reports covering attendance, engagement metrics, and lead or pipeline attribution Requirements Hands-on experience in planning and delivering webinars or virtual events end-to-end Strong operational and process-driven mindset, with attention to detail and quality standards Experience working with virtual event platforms, such as Microsoft Teams Live,
