Responsible for planning, organizing, integrating, directing, controlling, and continuously improving Production, Maintenance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain operations, ensuring compliance with production plans, efficient resource utilization, and established quality, cost, delivery, and safety standards. Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001), Good Manufacturing Practices, EHS requirements, company policies, and all applicable regulatory standards. Lead manufacturing, maintenance, and supply chain operations to achieve operational excellence and business objectives. Develop and execute production plans aligned with customer demand, ensuring on-time delivery and optimal use of labor, equipment, materials, and financial resources. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by optimizing manufacturing processes, production flow, plant layout, and resource utilization to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. Promote a strong safety culture by identifying and mitigating operational risks, participating in safety audits, and ensuring a safe work environment. Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate operations personnel through onboarding, training, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives. Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, including productivity, quality, efficiency, labor utilization, cost, and delivery performance, implementing corrective actions as needed. Coordinate preventive maintenance strategies to maximize equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and support uninterrupted production. Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Maintenance,
and other cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and achieve company goals. Prepare and present operational reports, performance updates, improvement initiatives, and risk assessments to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive manufacturing operations experience, including at least 5 years in a senior operations leadership role within a high-volume manufacturing environment. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Proven experience with full P&L; responsibility, CAPEX planning and execution, budgeting, cost control, and operational financial management. Strong background in Materials Management, Production, Quality, Planning, Maintenance, EHS, and Supply Chain, with demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams. Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations, CTPAT requirements, ISO 9001, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience developing and executing strategic operational plans, driving productivity improvements, optimizing plant performance, and delivering measurable business results. Proven ability to manage customer expectations, supplier relationships, and major capital projects while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, operational excellence, and employee engagement. Excellent leadership, change management, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels. #J-18808-Ljbffr
