We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Buyer with a strong background in Supply Chain to join a leading manufacturing company in Tijuana, Mexico.

This is 100% on-site position, working directly at the manufacturing plant. We are seeking a professional with solid experience in procurement, supplier negotiations, sourcing, cost analysis, material management, and supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.

Main Responsibilities Manage purchasing activities and strategic suppliers. Ensure material availability according to MRP requirements. Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, and commercial conditions. Develop and implement cost-reduction initiatives. Monitor supplier performance in quality, delivery, cost, and service. Manage material shortages and supplier recovery plans. Support inventory optimization initiatives. Identify and develop alternative suppliers to minimize supply-chain risks.



Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related field. 4-6+ years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with MRP/ERP systems; SAP or Oracle preferred. Strong negotiation and supplier-management skills. Advanced Excel skills. Advanced English / Business English.
