MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR
Location: TETLA, TLAXCALA
What are your main tasks?

Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for:

GERBER, ATRIA, and PARAGON cutting machines

Dürkopp, Juki, and Pfaff sewing machines

Forming and cutting presses

Execution and updating of preventive and corrective maintenance plans

Implementation of TPM methodology

Ensure the availability of machines, equipment, and peripherals

Management of plant utilities: power, water, and gas

Tracking of spare parts and consumables, inventory levels (min/max), and tool crib management

Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and internal standards





What are your qualifications?
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field

Over 5 years of experience in maintenance for production processes involving cutting, sewing, assembly, and presses

Technical knowledge of maintenance for cutting machines (GERBER, ATRIA, PARAGON), sewing machines (Durkopp, Juki, Pfaff), and forming and cutting presses

Ability to interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic drawings and schematics

Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems
