What we're looking for:

8+ years of experience

as a

Technical Program Manager (TPM) Proven ability to operate with

independence and autonomy Solid technical foundation, including knowledge of: Java APIs Batch Processing Software Development Lifecycle (

SDLC

) Strong experience facilitating

Scrum ceremonies

, including: Daily Stand-Ups Sprint Planning Backlog Grooming Retrospectives Sprint Demos Experience defining and delivering

cloud-native software products

and

platforms at scale Deep understanding of

platform capabilities

,

architecture

, and underlying technologies Proven experience breaking down complex problems, organizing work, planning sprints, and delivering programs using

Agile methodologies

such as

Scrum

and

Kanban Strong ability to drive

data-driven decision making

and implement





continuous improvement practices

across teams Ability to discuss and challenge delivery strategies with

business stakeholders
