About the Role

We are seeking an IT Application Development and Deployment Specialist to lead and ensure the success of Floor shop control system implementations across North America. In this role, you will manage broad functional areas with limited supervision, combining advanced technical expertise with strategic policy evaluation. You will also provide second‑level support and act as a critical liaison between plant IT and corporate IT teams.

Responsibilities Implement policy and strategy for short‑term results (within one year). Address problems ranging from difficult to moderately complex. Influence others outside own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures. Qualifications Degree: BS/BA or equivalent professional experience. Experience: 6+ years of relevant IT deployment or management experience. Industry: Manufacturing experience with ERP/MRP systems; automotive industry preferred. Technical Skills Moderate IBM i Series (AS/400) operations and programming experience. Strong understanding of program architecture, specifically IBM RPG IV and CL.
