Job Description
What You'll Do?
Responsibilities You will conduct appropriate checks and tests and communicate evaluation of results. Recommends solutions to problems Responsible for preventative maintenance and diagnosis of equipment malfunctions Meets schedule and quality requirements Complies with the terms of local and national labor agreements Implements divisional and corporate policies and safety and good housekeeping practices Maintain frequent contact and collaboration with others outside of the work group Responsible for the effective use of personnel, material and equipment Establishes a course of action to accomplish completion of the job and/or project. Has knowledge and ability to implement GMS principles. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or any related engineering field, or relevant experience. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within maintenance or manufacturing environments (2–5 years preferred). Intermediate level of English, with the ability to hold a technical conversation. Availability and flexibility to work rotating shifts (4x3 schedule). Demonstrated leadership abilities Proven experience leading work teams Experience with CNC Machining, PLCs, and electrical system Knowledge of FANUC and Siemens CNC controls Strong teamwork skills Familiarity with PLC platforms such as Allen-Bradley, Rockwell, and Siemens. Preferred Qualifications Understanding of robotic cell configurations, automation systems, and basic robot programming or handling. Eligibility and Working Conditions
