Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in computer software packages, including AutoCAD.
English proficiency with 90% spoken and written fluency.
Knowledge of manufacturing systems, Lean Manufacturing, Just-In-Time (JIT), Kaizen, TPS, and Six Sigma.
One to three years of experience in manufacturing processes, preferably within the medical device industry.
Ability to supervise indirect personnel.
Knowledge of specific quality requirements and compliance with all applicable national and international quality standards in accordance with the Quality Manual.
