Bilingual Corporate Travel Consultant

Location: On-site

Carretera México-Veracruz, El Batán, C.P. 56237, Texcoco, State of Mexico

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and book corporate travel services, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and related travel arrangements.

Issue airline tickets, vouchers, and travel documentation with accuracy and efficiency.

Handle reservation changes, cancellations, refunds, and reissues.

Communicate effectively with travelers and suppliers in both English and Spanish.

Provide guidance on corporate travel policies and procedures.





Identify cost-effective travel options and optimal itineraries.

Assist travelers with travel disruptions and emergency situations.

Requirements:

Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) - Mandatory

Experience in corporate travel management or travel agency operations.

Experience using GDS Sabre Systems

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
