ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to engineer, automate, and manage robust data ingestion workflows within an Enterprise Service Management team, ensuring seamless integration with downstream systems including Service Now. You will leverage Python for workflow development, Snowflake for data storage and optimization, Open Telemetry for observability, and strong SQL skills for data manipulation and validation across end-to-end pipelines. The role requires 4+ years of backend Python experience with hands-on data pipeline and Service Now integration expertise. WHAT YOU WILL DO Engineer, automate, and manage robust workflows that ingest data. Ensure data pipelines integrate seamlessly with downstream systems. Build and maintain reliable integrations with Service Now. Leverage Snowflake and Open Telemetry to optimize data flow and system observability. Troubleshoot and resolve bottlenecks or failures within automated data pipelines.



Implement data validation checks and maintain data integrity across all workflows. MUST HAVES 4+ years of backend development experience using Python . Experience building data ingestion workflows and pipelines . Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Open Telemetry . Proven ability to build integrations with Service Now . Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and querying. NICE TO HAVES Experience with data orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster). Familiarity with ITSM best practices and ITIL frameworks. Knowledge of building and managing CI/CD pipelines for data products.
