Company: 1-2 years industry experience on Advantest 93 K or Teradyne UFlex/IFlex as Product, Test Engineer, or Manufacturing Engineer.· Applicable Course work: Digital Logic, Computer Architecture, VLSI design, Semi-Conductor Physics, Statistics, Programming Language (C++, JAVA, Python), Digital Communications, Wireless Communications).· FGPA programming and embedded SW development for optical subsystem prototyping.· Familiar with active and passive photonic devices such as semiconductor lasers, Modulators (MZMs), photodiodes, RF and photonic waveguide-based devices.· Understanding of optical communication system metrics such as OSNR, receiver sensitivity, optical modulation index, and optical filtering.· Industrial experience supporting high‑volume production of leading‑edge Semiconductor devices and EIC/PIC products· Good organizational skills.· Master’s or Ph D Degree in Electrical Engineering or Optics, Preferred. Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field. Master's or Ph D Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred. Minimum Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
