Job Summary The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and improving production processes, equipment, and systems to ensure the achievement of safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. This role provides technical support to operations through process optimization, complex problem solving, and the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. What the Candidate Will Do Develop and implement improvements to manufacturing processes and equipment to increase productivity and reduce costs. Provide technical support to operations to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and performance metrics. Identify, analyze, and resolve manufacturing issues using structured problem-solving methodologies and root cause analysis. Lead continuous improvement projects by applying Lean Manufacturing principles. Monitor equipment and process performance and reliability, identifying opportunities for optimization. Develop and maintain technical documentation, work standards, and operating instructions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Safety, and Supply Chain. Ensure compliance with applicable environmental, regulatory, and safety requirements. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering,



Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field. Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency. Required Skills Manufacturing Processes Background supporting high-volume manufacturing environments. CNC machining knowledge and application (EIA/ISO, Mazatrol, Sinumerik, Fanuc e Inspection Plus). NX Software knowledge. Familiarity with Caterpillar 1 E specifications. Proficiency in GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). Ability to operate, optimize, and improve manufacturing processes. Lean Manufacturing Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles. Understanding of Six Sigma methodologies. Application of continuous improvement practices. Ability to identify and eliminate waste throughout manufacturing operations. Focus on driving productivity and quality improvements. Problem Solving Strong statistical analysis capabilities. Knowledge of process control methodologies. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machining-related issues. Root cause investigation and corrective action implementation. Sound technical decision-making skills. Decision Making and Critical Thinking Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong activity prioritization and organizational skills. Evaluation of technical alternatives to support business objectives. Data-driven decision-making approach.



Support for operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives. Additional Information This position will be in Cienega de Flores, Reciente Leon This position is five-days a week subject to changes and willingness to work sporadically on weekends. Requires working weekends, based on business continuity needs. Domestic relocation assistance is NOT available for this position. Visa sponsorship is NOT available with this position. This position may require up to 15% travel.
