Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Operate cooling towers, chillers, and water systems
Perform chemical dosing and water quality testing
Monitor system performance (temperature, pressure, flow)
Execute preventive maintenance on pumps, valves, and filters
Inspect equipment for scaling, corrosion, and fouling
Maintain logs of system operation and chemical consumption
Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Ensure compliance with EHS and environmental regulations
Measures of Performance Equipment availability ≥ 98% PM compliance ≥ 95% Water quality compliance Zero environmental incidents
Qualifications and Experience Technical degree (HVAC, maintenance, industrial) 2–4 years experience in cooling or utilities systems Knowledge of water treatment chemistry Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge Experience in industrial/automotive environment preferred
