We’re hiring: Account Executive – Lat Am (Mexico) Want to be one of the first sales hires shaping how an AI-powered hiring company expands across Latin America? Changing how companies hire. Today, 1,000+ enterprise and public sector organizations use Qureos to make hiring faster through AI-powered sourcing, screening, and interviewing. What You’ll Do As an Account Executive , you’ll own Qureos’s commercial expansion across Mexico and the wider Lat Am market. You’ll: Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to demos, negotiation, and closing. Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise accounts. Engage with HR, Talent Acquisition, and senior business leaders. Run consultative discovery calls and demos focused on solving real hiring challenges. Work closely with Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success to drive conversions. Keep CRM data and forecasting accurate. Identify partnerships and new opportunities to grow across Lat Am. Help shape our go-to-market strategy as we expand beyond Mexico.



What We’re Looking For 2–6 years of B2 B or Saa S sales experience with full-cycle closing responsibility. Strong knowledge of the Mexican market and broader Lat Am business landscape. A proven track record of hitting sales quotas. Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise customers. Experience in HR Tech, AI, Saa S, recruitment tech, or similar is a strong plus. Portuguese is a plus. Experience with CRMs such as Hub Spot or Salesforce. A self-starter mindset and the ability to thrive in an early‑stage, fast‑growing environment.
