Habilidades indispensables para el rol:

Carrera técnica en Electrónica, Mecatrónica o afín. Experiencia en manejo de personal Experiencia en procesos de: - SMT - Estructural / PTH Capacidad para trabajar bajo objetivos de producción Manejo básico de paquetería Office. Disponibilidad de horario turno 1 y turno 2
