We are hiring Medical Virtual Assistants in Latin America to support U. S.-based healthcare providers. This role is adecuado for candidates with medical, clinical, or healthcare administrative experience who want long-term, stable remote work with U. S. clients.

You will work directly with healthcare professionals and administrative teams to support daily medical operations while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities Schedule patient appointments and manage provider calendars Communicate with patients via phone, email, and patient portals Update and maintain Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) Verify insurance eligibility and assist with authorizations Support billing, claims follow-up, and documentation Prepare intake forms, medical reports,



and correspondence Coordinate between providers, staff, and patients Follow HIPAA and U. S. healthcare compliance standards Required Qualifications Healthcare background required (Medical Assistant, Medical Admin, Nurse Assistant, Medical VA, or similar) Experience with EMR/EHR systems (Epic, Athena, Cerner, e Clinical Works, etc.) Strong medical terminology knowledge Advanced English (written & spoken) High attention to detail and confidentiality Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace Preferred Experience supporting U.
