About the Role
As a Customer Business Solutions Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, translating business requirements into innovative logistics and technology solutions.
You will partner with customers and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize business solutions including web platforms, EDI integrations, reporting tools, dashboards, and supply chain visibility solutions. Your work will directly contribute to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and long-term business growth.

What You'll Do Solution Design & Pre-Sales Support customer tenders and solution workshops. Identify customer requirements and develop tailored business solutions. Present digital capabilities, platform functionalities, and integration opportunities. Partner with commercial teams to position value-added customer solutions.
Project Implementation Lead the deployment of customer business solutions from design to execution. Coordinate EDI projects with customers, Business Analysts, and technical teams. Configure customer access to platforms and reporting solutions. Ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations and operational requirements.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation Drive automation and process improvement initiatives. Contribute to supply chain transformation projects. Collaborate with regional and global teams to enhance customer-facing solutions. Support the evolution of digital platforms and reporting capabilities.
What We're Looking For Required Experience 2-4 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain. Strong knowledge of Air & Ocean Operations. Experience managing customer relationships and business solutions projects. Exposure to EDI implementations and systems integration. Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS). Strong analytical, reporting, and process-mapping capabilities.
Technical Expertise EDI transactions and customer integration solutions. Supply chain technology platforms and logistics systems. Cargo Wise, MYCEVA, or similar TMS environments. Data analysis, KPI reporting, and dashboard development. Microsoft Excel and business productivity tools. Project management methodologies.
