Job Description: **Job Overview** We are seeking a Supplier Performance & Development Analyst to drive supplier performance improvement initiatives across a regional supplier network supporting our manufacturing operations. This role will partner directly with suppliers and internal cross-functional teams to identify systemic issues, lead root cause analysis activities, and implement sustainable corrective actions that improve quality, delivery, capacity, and operational performance. The adecuado candidate has a strong manufacturing background, experience working with suppliers, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including supplier executives, plant leaders, and cross-functional teams. **Job Requirements** **Key Responsibilities** + Manage and develop a portfolio of approximately 15-20 suppliers focused on performance improvement initiatives. + Analyze supplier performance issues related to quality, delivery, manufacturing capability, and capacity. + Lead root cause analysis activities using structured problem-solving methodologies. + Coach suppliers on root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement practices. + Develop and track corrective action plans to drive sustainable operational improvements. + Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Supplier Management teams to resolve supplier challenges. + Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, scorecards, audits, and improvement metrics. + Support supplier qualification, capability assessments, and risk evaluations.
