Summary

The Distribution Account Specialist is responsible for supporting designated distribution partners and customer accounts by ensuring efficient order management, customer service excellence, and effective coordination between customers, distributors, sales teams, and internal departments. This role serves as a key point of contact for day-to-day account activities,



contributing to customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business growth.

Manage and support assigned distribution accounts and channel partners.
Serve as the primary contact for order status, delivery updates, product availability, and customer inquiries.
Process and monitor customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Finance, and Sales teams to resolve issues impacting customers.
Maintain customer and account information in CRM and ERP systems.
Monitor customer demand and communicate potential risks or opportunities.
Support quote preparation, pricing requests, and contract execution processes.
Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and invoice-related concerns.
Generate and distribute account reports, sales data, and performance metrics.
