We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team.

This is a fully remote opportunity for a recruitment professional who is passionate about connecting great talent with great opportunities. The idóneo candidate has strong experience recruiting within Mexico, previous BPO recruitment experience, excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, driven, team-oriented, and excited about building a long-term career with a growing organization.

What You'll Do

Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions across multiple accounts and industries
Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
Conduct English and Spanish candidate assessments
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
Create and post job advertisements across multiple platforms
Build talent pools for current and future hiring needs




Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Meet hiring goals and recruitment performance metrics
Collaborate closely with recruitment leadership and team members
Support hiring initiatives and special recruitment projects as needed

Schedule

Monday through Friday
Standard schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time
Must be available to work U.S. business hours

Compensation & Contract

Competitive hourly rate paid in USD
Compensation is negotiable based on experience and qualifications
