Senior Non-Key Expert – Railways Specialist
to support technical, policy, institutional and investment-related assignments in the railway sector.
Key Responsibilities Supporting the identification, preparation and implementation of railway infrastructure and systems projects. Conducting feasibility studies, technical assessments, project design reviews and investment-related analyses. Supporting railway planning, corridor development, operations planning and multimodal integration. Advising on rail infrastructure, signalling, interoperability, traffic management and safety systems. Supporting procurement, tendering, implementation supervision, operation and maintenance planning. Promoting sustainable, low-carbon and climate-resilient railway infras
