At EY-Parthenon, we help organizations define and execute transformative growth strategies. We are seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to join our Strategy & Execution team, supporting leading companies across multiple industries in addressing their most critical strategic challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead corporate strategy, business transformation, and growth strategy projects. - Conduct market assessments, competitive analyses, and commercial due diligence. - Support M&A; initiatives and value creation programs. - Develop Go-to-Market strategies and growth opportunities. - Build financial models and business cases to support decision-making. - Facilitate strategic planning processes and executive workshops.



- Prepare executive-level presentations and recommendations. - Manage client relationships and project teams. - Contribute to business development and proposal efforts.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields. - MBA. (preferred) - Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
Experience
- At least 3 years of experience leading projects in: - Business Strategy - M&A; - Digital Transformation - Business Transformation - Business Development - Management Consulting
