As a Procurement Execution Analyst – LATAM, you will support the execution of
purchasing operations across the region by processing purchase orders,
coordinating supplier communications, and ensuring compliance with procurement
policies and procedures. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and
suppliers to support timely purchasing activities, resolve operational issues,
maintain procurement data,



and contribute to process improvement initiatives
that drive efficiency and service excellence.

This role reports to the Procurement Operations Lead and collaborates closely
with buyers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams across LATAM.

What will you do:

* Process Purchase Orders for MRP-generated, non-MRP generated, services,
CapEx, packaging, and indirect procurement requirements.
* Support the creation, tracking, and follow-up of purchase orders to ensure
timely delivery of goods and services.
* Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and
operational inquiries.
* Maintain supplier and purchasing information records, ensuring data accuracy
and compliance with procurement standards.
* Partner with Procurement Operations, business stakeholders, and Accounts
Payable to resolve procurement and invoice-related issues.
