The Role

As a Middleware Platform Administrator at Kyndryl, you will be responsible for
the administration, operation, and support of enterprise middleware platforms
that enable application integration, messaging, business processes, and critical
services. In this role, you will ensure the stability, performance, and
availability of middleware environments that support mission‑critical business
operations.

You will work in complex, high‑availability environments, collaborating with
cross‑functional technical teams to manage integrations,



automate processes,
troubleshoot incidents, and implement changes following ITIL best practices.
Your work will play a key role in ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable
enterprise integration services for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Administer and operate middleware platforms for application integration,
messaging, and business process automation in enterprise environments.

* Manage application and web servers and ensure stable, secure, and
high‑availability operations.

* Support and maintain messaging, streaming, and integration platforms,
ensuring reliable data flow across systems.

* Perform monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis of middleware
components in production environments under defined SLAs.

* Execute deployments, configuration changes, patches, and upgrades following
ITIL practices, maintaining accurate technical documentation and audit
support.
