What Do We Expect
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Design Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related technical field;
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing or automation environments, supported by a solid engineering background in automation, machinery, or industrial projects;
Strong commercial mindset with a customer-oriented approach, combined with technical-commercial insight and creative thinking;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high sense of ownership and accountability;
Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken) and willingness to travel when required.
