Carrier Operations Representatives work in conjunction with Carrier Sales
Representatives to prioritize and service customers and carriers in a timely and
efficient manner. This role supports day to day operations including track and
trace, load bookings, customer interaction, and spot quoting for key accounts




such as USPS and other customers.

? WHAT YOU’LL DO

* • Accurately update and document shipment statuses in internal systems while
properly communicating any escalations.
• Perform track and trace (TT) functions, ensuring on-time performance and
resolving any in-transit issues.
• Manage load bookings, ensuring all shipment details are confirmed,
accurate, and properly executed.
• Contact carriers to obtain time-sensitive updates and ensure all
information is recorded correctly.
• Monitor team communication channels and respond to both internal requests
and external carrier inquiries.
• Provide timely customer interaction and support, ensuring a high level of
service for assigned accounts.
• Assist with spot quoting when needed, based on customer requirements and
market conditions.
