Reporting to the Director, Global Payroll, the Payroll Specialist is responsible for executing accurate, compliant, and timely payrolls across Latin America, with a primary focus on Mexico payroll operations (Mexico City and State of Mexico). This role requires deep expertise in Mexican payroll legislation, tax regulations, and statutory requirements, alongside strong analytical skills and technical proficiency in payroll/HR systems (ADP, SAP). The position plays a critical role in ensuring payroll accuracy, regulatory compliance, and a seamless employee experience, while supporting Hasbro's general payroll transformation initiatives.
The specialist will drive process improvements and leverage technology to enhance payroll delivery across the region. This role will manage payrolls across Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, and Peru using ADP Celergo and Workforce Manager, with Mexico representing the most complex and high-impact payroll environment. We are seeking a candidate with strong expertise in payroll, tax, and compliance, particularly within Mexico, and a passion for innovative, tech-driven payroll processes.
