As a member of the North American IT Infrastructure Department, your main goals are to implement and ensure the technical infrastructure of the information systems while complying with the constraints, needs, and IT policies of the organization. This includes everything from physical/virtual servers, networks, and data centers to cloud services and security measures, while ensuring that the systems are reliable, secure, and scalable. You will also take part in the evolution of the information system and the management of IT projects. On a daily basis, you will work within a team of 3–4 members, focusing on the implementation and maintenance of the organization's North American technology infrastructure. Managing system obsolescence and ensuring cybersecurity are key priorities.
