Responsibilities Full-stack design and develop features for cross-browser web extension, including HTML/CSS/Typescript UI and REST-based communication with back-end microservices Using Scrum processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, UX, Dev) to understand requirements, propose technical solutions, and contribute to architectural decisions. Implement and enforce coding standards and best practices (linting, testing, documentation). Drive performance and optimization improvements across applications. Guide junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, mentoring, and pair programming. Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and bring in improvements to the team's stack and workflow.
