Job Description Lead the development and implementation of innovative mechanical design solutions, ensuring compliance with quality, cost and safety standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize existing products and develop new ones, from conceptualization to production.



Provide technical expertise in decision making and ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions. In addition, mentor less experienced associates, fostering their professional development and strengthening the capabilities of the team. Key Responsibilities Project Management: Plan and manage design projects to meet deadlines and budgets, including the administration and management of deliverables for multiple tasks. Prototype Development: Create and test prototypes for feasibility and functionality. Requirements Analysis: Analyze and document customer requirements and standards. Collaboration: Work with interdisciplinary teams to integrate design aspects. Problem Solving: Address complex technical issues with effective solutions. Documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation (SAP, PDM, PLM). Product Optimization: Use tools like FMEA, DFMEA, DFA, DFM, and Six Sigma to improve products. Design Review: Identify risks in designs
