Position overview:
We are seeking an experienced Trade Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for leading complex Trade Operations and Trade Compliance activities, ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective import and export operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders, customs brokers, and logistics providers to support regulatory compliance, optimize trade processes,



and drive continuous operational improvement Main responsibilities: Lead Trade Operations and Trade Compliance activities, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, company policies, and business requirements.
Lead and support customs compliance initiatives, including tariff classification, HTS harmonization, USMCA qualification, IMMEX compliance, customs valuation, and other international trade regulations. Manage and support Annex 24 inventory control activities, Annex 30 compliance requirements, inventory reconciliation, IMMEX regularizations, and other customs compliance processes.
Coordinate complex import and export operations by collaborating with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, suppliers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
